Third step is to sign the Letter Of Intent to purchase agreement

Fourth step is to sign the official purchase agreement and make the first payment to reserve your start date

We have two Rad Pad‘s available in Costa Rica and Nicaragua. We have a Short-Term Rental Unit which is 3 meters x 5 meters including a bedroom and a bathroom that sells for $35,000 USD. The second option we have is our Long-Term Rental Unit which is 4 meters x 10 meters including two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and a bathroom. This unit sells for $55,000 USD. Both units take 30 to 60 days to be rent ready, from start to finish. These prices include Rad Pad structure, all furnishings, fixtures, foundation, doors and windows ready to hook up to utilities.
